Full Body Massages

The full body massage is often referred to as the supreme discipline among massage techniques - and rightly so.

Thanks to the diverse grip variations with stroking, circling and kneading, the guest experiences a soothing application that encompasses the entire body and thus ensures maximum relaxation.

During a wellness full body massage, I massage the different areas of the body with different intensities. I usually massage the back, neck and shoulders, buttocks, legs and feet, arms and hands, stomach, head and face. The guest decides individually whether the chest area should be included. Private parts are always excluded.

Massage Process

After a warm welcome and a brief conversation about the massage process and about possible contraindications, my guest places himself/herself face down on the massage table.

When giving a full body massage, I usually start with the back of the body - the legs, back and buttocks. The guest then turns onto his back. Now the front of the legs and the feet are massaged. This is followed by the arms and hands, then the stomach and – if desired – the chest muscles. The final part is the face and head.

Please note that a full body wellness massage takes approximately two hours (120 minutes). And yet, time will fly ...

Partial Massages

The difference to the full body massage is that during a partial body massage I concentrate on a specific area of the body and give that area my full attention.

Partial body massages may include the following areas of the body:

Of course, you may also combine different areas of the body according to your individual needs and wishes. Whatever works best for you.

Another difference to the full body massage is of course the shorter duration of the application. However, for the best possible relaxation, you should still reserve about one hour for a partial body massage at my practice.
