Different massages - one goal: your relaxation

Traditional Massages

The traditional massage emerged from a Greco-Roman practice and was further developed in the 19th century, primarily in Sweden. That's why it's also called a "Swedish massage".

The traditional massage is intended to loosen tense muscles, stimulate blood circulation and metabolism, have a positive effect on circulation, blood pressure, breathing and the psyche, and to reduce pain.

Aromatic Oil Massages

The aromatic oil massage complements the effects of a traditional massage by using essential oils. These are massaged deeply into the skin to achieve their desired effect. At the same time, the scents are absorbed through the nose and sustainably enhance their effect.

Hot Stone Massages

For the hot stone massage, smooth lava stones are heated in a water bath and are then either placed on certain parts of the body as part of a massage or strokes are carried out with them on the skin. The heat given off by the stones leads to increased local blood circulation and significantly supports the relaxation of the muscles.

Herbal Stamp Massages

Herbal stamps are fist-sized bags made of fabric that are filled with special herbs, spices, fruits and care ingredients. The massage is done with the hands and with the stamps heated by steam.

wellness Foot Massages

In my wellness foot massage I consciously choose a holistic approach. This means that it's not just the feet themselves that receive a beneficial treatment. At the same time, it contributes to a relaxation and recovery process throughout the whole body.
